This page explains how to permanently delete your TrakkerAI account and all the data associated with it. Operated by ONIDEV TI LTDA.
1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open TrakkerAI and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type the confirmation word and your password, then confirm.
Deletion runs immediately. You will be signed out and the account is gone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (lost device, forgotten password, etc.), send an email to onielgzlez21@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my TrakkerAI account". We confirm and process the request within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your authentication account (email, password hash).
- Your full expense history (merchants, dates, amounts, categories, notes).
- Your profile data (display name, avatar image).
- Your per-merchant category learnings.
- Your app settings stored on the server.
4. What is retained, and for how long
- Receipt images are not stored after the AI scan finishes — there is nothing to delete on our side.
- Crash diagnostics in Sentry: anonymous and not linked to your email; auto-purged after 30 days.
- Backups: automated backups of our database are retained for up to 7 days for disaster recovery, then overwritten.
No data is retained beyond these windows after deletion.
