These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrakkerAI Android application (the "App"), operated by ONIDEV TI LTDA. By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrakkerAI. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. TrakkerAI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data.
2. The service
TrakkerAI is a personal tool for recording and analyzing expenses from receipt images. It uses AI models (Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter and others) to extract merchant, date, amount and category from receipt photos you capture or upload. You review and confirm every extraction before it is saved. The App does not execute financial transactions of any kind; it is a record-keeping tool only.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for all activity under your account.
- Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately at onielgzlez21@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- One person per account. You may not share, sell, or transfer access.
4. Your content
- Receipts you scan, expenses you record, and the profile information you set remain your content. You own it.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content strictly for the purpose of operating the App.
- You can export your history at any time from the History screen (CSV / PDF).
- You can delete your account and all associated data directly from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the API, or submit content designed to attack our AI providers (e.g. prompt-injection payloads targeting other users).
- Upload receipts that contain third-party content you don't have the right to process.
- Violate anyone's privacy by uploading receipts that identify other people without their consent.
- Spam or automate the App beyond reasonable personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI outputs — no guarantee of accuracy
TrakkerAI uses third-party AI models to extract data from receipts. AI output can contain errors: misread amounts, wrong dates, wrong merchant names, or mis-classified categories are possible. You are responsible for reviewing every extraction before confirming. The App deliberately requires a confirmation step so you can correct mistakes before they are persisted.
The App is provided for personal expense tracking. It is not a substitute for professional tax, accounting, or legal advice.
7. Third-party services
The App integrates with:
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage) — see supabase.com/terms.
- Google Gemini API — see ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.
- Groq, OpenRouter, Hugging Face, Together (OCR fallback providers).
- Sentry (crash diagnostics, PII scrubbed).
By using the App you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Fees
TrakkerAI is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly mark them and require explicit opt-in before charging.
9. Service changes and availability
We may update, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10. Termination
- You: delete your account from Profile → Delete my account, or by emailing us.
- Us: we may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice when practicable.
11. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI EXTRACTIONS ARE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONIDEV TI LTDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email with at least 14 days of notice before they take effect.
